Thank you for your early trust in me. I will work hard to strengthen your faith in my service. Purchasing or selling a home can be overwhelming. Having an advocate that understands your real estate goals and needs makes a big difference. I can promise you that my best effort, real estate knowledge and life experiences will give you the positive results you deserve.
Helping clients is the best part of my job. With more than 10-years of real estate experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of families meet their home buying or selling goals. Largely due to the support and trust of past and present clients, my performance consistently ranks among the top two-percent of realtors nationwide.
Upon completing a 20-year military career, I became a realtor. I quickly learned that my life’s past experiences continually help me better serve my clients. After four-years of enlisted service in the Marines, I earned carpentry and masonry credentials from the Beloit Kansas Technical Trade School. From framing to dry walling, electrical to plumbing, I learned to build homes from the ground up. This training gives me a unique perspective on home construction and it’s proven very beneficial to my clients.
In addition, my clients benefit from my military experience where I learned the art of negotiation and managing a multitude of projects simultaneously. Upon graduating from the University of Arizona, and accepting a commission, I had the privilege to serve in the U.S. Air Force’s Presidential Honor Guard. The honor guard assignment was followed by a tour at the U.S. Air Force Academy where I served as the Commander for Cadet Squadron One and then the Executive Officer for the Center for Character Development. After these special assignments, I returned to aircraft maintenance management and finished my career with assignments to Mountain Home AFB and Davis-Monthan AFB.
My family and I returned to Tucson and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in 2000, for me it was like coming home. In 2004 we made this community our permanent home. Today, my lovely wife Amara, our two boys Nick and Trace and I continue to enjoy the Old Pueblo and all of the opportunities that it offers.
I am grateful that you are considering my services … I can promise you my best efforts, and full commitment to making your experience a positive one.
